KOEHLER Real Estate has acquired an apartment building with a shop in Esslingen, comprising 567 m² with six residential units and one commercial unit. The redemption payments will be paid into the KOEHLER Equities Fund (WKN: KAM201), with the successful pairing of real estate projects and the in-house equities fund being continued.
