Acquisition of three residential & commercial buildings in Stuttgart from VPV Versicherungsgruppe

KOEHLER Real Estate acquires an ensemble of three residential and commercial buildings in Stuttgart from Vereinigte Postversicherung, which was managed by BNP Paribas. Together, the buildings comprise 4,461 m² of space containing 15 condominiums, 11 medical practices as well as office and retail space. In the long term, active asset management aims to increase the residential share in the building and thus unlock the additional value potential.

In this project, too, the financing structure ensured that loan repayments would be made in the KOEHLER Equities Fond (WKN: KAM201).
