Our direct investment Boxine GmbH, known for the Tonibox and the Tonies, has been listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange as tonies SE since 29/11/2021. This was preceded by a merger with 468 SPAC I SE. The proceeds raised by the company through the initial public offering are to be invested in its international growth initiatives as well as in product and platform developments. The KOEHLER GROUP achieved a triple-digit IRR with its 2019 investment.
