Continuation of expansion in NRW through acquisition of an apartment building in Aachen

KOEHLER Real Estate has purchased an apartment building in Aachen covering 841 m² with 12 residential units. The property company is investing the redemption payment in the KOEHLER Equities Fund (WKN: KAM 201), which will see the successful combination of real estate projects with the KOEHLER Equities equity fund continued as a result.
