Katharina Grüner is a trained real estate manager and insurance specialist. She gained valuable experience in property management (administration of properties according to the provisions of the Condominium Act, special ownership, and rental management) during and after her training at a reputable company in the Stuttgart area. This company has been managing both luxury estates and modern student residences for over 30 years. Prior to her role at KOEHLER GROUP Holding GmbH, Katharina worked at Allianz Versicherungs AG. Since 2022, she has been supporting the team as a real estate manager in the Real Estate department, as well as in the area of property insurance.
