We have invested in the new early-phase, deep-tech fund 468 Capital. It was founded by Alexander Kudlich and Ludwig Ensthaler, who held senior positions at Rocket Internet, and Florian Leibert, who founded Mesosphere (today: D2iQ) in Silicon Valley.

We have invested in the Lerer Hippeau Select Fund III. Lerer Hippeau is a leading venture capital investor based in New York that focuses on early-stage investments. In the past, it has invested in companies such as GIPHY, Casper and Buzzfeed.

KOEHLER Real Estate has purchased two office buildings with a permit for residential and commercial use in central Heilbronn. The two properties encompass a total of 2,231 m², 2 garage spaces and 12 outdoor parking spaces and are currently rented to Ernst & Young on a long-term lease.

KOEHLER Real Estate has purchased a business park in Deizisau. The three properties cover 6,518 m² with office, production and residential areas and are divided into 33 units. The plot also includes 88 parking spaces.

We have invested in Revolut, the leading digital banking start-up from Europe. Over 8 million clients already have an account with Revolut and around 20,000 new accounts are opened every day. Its shareholders already include investors such as DST, Lakestar and Mastercard.

We have purchased a new property in a central location in inner-city Stuttgart. The property on Neckarstraße has two commercial units and three apartments covering a total of 527 m², plus 4 outdoor parking spaces in the inner courtyard.

We have invested in Peter Thiel’s Founders Fund Growth. He is a co-founder of PayPal & Palantir and one of Silicon Valley’s most highly renowned investors. He was the first external Facebook investor and his funds have invested in companies such as Airbnb, SpaceX, Spotify etc.

We have purchased a commercial property on Friedrich-List-Straße in Leinfelden-Echterdingen. The property encompasses 5 units with a total area of 986 square metres. It is located in a very well-connected area near the airport, the “Messe” exhibition grounds and the A8.

We have invested in DST Global VII. The fund focuses on late-stage investments. DST was founded in 2009 by star investor Yuri Milner. Back then, the fund’s investment volume came to 9.3 billion dollars.
