Acquisition of two apartment buildings in Heilbronn

KOEHLER Real Estate has acquired two apartment buildings in Heilbronn. Both complexes have a combined living space of 1,071 m2 with 13 residential units. The integration of the KOEHLER Equities Fund (WKN: KAM201) into the financing structure, which was implemented successfully in the past, will also be further pursued here.
