Acquisition of two apartment buildings in Karlsruhe

KOEHLER Real Estate has acquired two apartment buildings in Karlsruhe. Both complexes have a combined living space of 1,479 m2 with 22 residential and commercial units. The integration of the KOEHLER Equities Fund (WKN: KAM201) into the financing structure, which was implemented successfully in the past, will also be further pursued here.
