KOEHLER GROUP launches expansion in NRW with acquisition of three apartment buildings in Aachen

KOEHLER Real Estate acquires an ensemble of three apartment buildings in Aachen. Together, the buildings comprise 2,071m² of space containing 35 condominiums. In the medium term, additional living space is to be created in the building by converting 450m² of attic space, which will increase the potential value of the building.

The property company is investing the redemption payment in the KOEHLER Equities Fund (WKN: KAM 201), which will see the successful combination of real estate projects with the KOEHLER Equities equity fund continued as a result.
