Series B investment in Zapp

We have invested in Zapp in Series B. The company delivers products within minutes which are ordered using an app. The range includes thousands of items such as drinks, snacks, fresh food, ice cream, pharmacy products, baby and pet supplies. The company operates local Zappstores, which keep the products in stock and drivers deliver them from there straight to customers’ doors as a 24/7 service. Zapp is currently active in London, Manchester, Cambridge, Bristol, Amsterdam, Rotterdam and Paris.

A total of USD 200 million was raised in the current round of financing. The round was led by Lightspeed, 468 Capital and BroadLight Capital. Co-investors in Series B include Formula 1 star Lewis Hamilton.
